Terms and Conditions — we9999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

Welcome to we9999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and we9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your use of the we9999 gaming and sports betting platform accessible at we9999.best.

We9999 offers online casino games including Teen Patti, Ludo Games, Crash Games, and Jackpot Slots, as well as sports betting with a primary focus on Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket markets. We9999 also operates a VIP Club loyalty programme and periodic promotional bonuses for registered players in Pakistan.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and we9999. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and play on we9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We9999 does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, proxy accounts, and registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by we9999 or have a currently active self-exclusion in place on the platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of we9999, or an immediate family member of such a person.

We9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

Registration on we9999 requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and verification via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration.

• One account per player: Each person may hold only one registered account on we9999. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited. We9999 uses device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and behavioural analysis to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. We9999 may require you to update your profile if the information provided becomes outdated.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of breach: If you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify we9999 support immediately at support@we9999.best.

We9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All payment methods listed are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

• The minimum deposit on we9999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for most account types; however, individual payment method limits may apply.
• We9999 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Processing fees applied by individual payment providers are outside we9999's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted unless prior written consent has been obtained from we9999.
• We9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits above certain thresholds. We may request source-of-funds documentation in such cases.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to we9999 support immediately. We9999 will make reasonable efforts to reverse an erroneous deposit, but cannot guarantee reversal once funds have been credited to a gaming balance.

We9999 processes withdrawals to Pakistani mobile wallets and bank accounts. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 2 minutes in standard operation. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2–4 hours. We9999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the stated timeframes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and the same method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal limits by daily amount vary by account VIP tier — see the VIP Club page for current limits at each tier.
• We9999 does not charge platform withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will not be processed until the wagering requirement is satisfied. Real-money (non-bonus) balances are not subject to any play-through condition and may be withdrawn at any time.
• We9999 may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players are advised to complete account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays on withdrawal requests.
• Fraudulent withdrawal requests, or withdrawal requests associated with a suspected duplicate account, will be suspended pending investigation. We9999 will communicate the reason for any suspension and the documentation required to resolve it.

We9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at /promotions. The following general bonus terms apply to all we9999 promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. New-player bonuses are available once per player and once per household.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to them are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus credits and real-money balances are held in separate wallets. Bonus credits are used first when both are available, unless a player opts to use their real-money balance.
• Bonus credits expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• We9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time for players who appear to be engaging in bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim a single-account offer, using automated systems to fulfil wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk without genuine play intent.
• VIP Club cashback promotions carry a zero wagering requirement. Cashback credited to a player's account under the VIP Club programme is treated as real money and may be withdrawn immediately without any play-through condition.

All casino games on we9999 — including Teen Patti, Ludo Games, Crash Games, and Jackpot Slots — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical randomness and fairness. The following rules apply to all game categories:

• Game outcomes are final once a round has completed. We9999 does not reverse game results unless a proven technical malfunction affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-round (such as a lost connection during a crash game), we9999 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be returned to the player's balance as real money.
• We9999 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
• Malfunctions, whether caused by software bugs, hardware issues, or network failures, void all affected pays and plays. We9999 will investigate any reported malfunction and communicate its findings within 5 business days.
• Players must not use software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to play any game on we9999. Use of such tools constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

We9999 offers sports betting with a primary focus on PSL cricket markets, along with other selected cricket and sports events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on we9999:

• Bets are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body (for PSL: the Pakistan Cricket Board / PSL governing committee). We9999 does not settle bets based on unofficial sources.
• In-play bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has effectively concluded will be voided. We9999 uses automated systems to detect and void such bets.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• We9999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market at its discretion, including imposing individual player stake limits based on betting patterns.
• Accumulator bets are settled leg by leg. If any leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. If a leg is void and the bet cannot be re-settled as a valid accumulator (e.g., it falls below the minimum number of legs for a PSL accumulator boost), the boost will not apply.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be corrected and affected bets voided. We9999 will communicate with affected players within 24 hours of identifying a palpable error.

We9999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that we9999 will enforce automatically.
• Session time alerts — Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period.
• Cool-off period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from we9999. Self-exclusion requests are processed on the same day they are received and cannot be reversed for the exclusion period. The minimum self-exclusion period is six months.

We9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Operation of a duplicate account.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Behaviour that we9999 reasonably believes constitutes bonus abuse or fraud.
• Any conduct that we9999 believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the platform's operational security.

In most circumstances, we9999 will communicate the reason for a suspension or closure and provide the player with an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. Where fraud or underage play is confirmed, closure will be immediate without prior notice.

Upon closure, we9999 will return any remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the resolution of any outstanding disputes. Bonus balances and associated winnings will not be returned if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.

All content on the we9999 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, trademarks, interface design, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of we9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any we9999 content without prior written permission.
• The we9999 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or association without written authorisation.
• Game titles, mechanics, and assets provided by third-party game studios are the intellectual property of those studios and are licensed to we9999 for player use only within the platform environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we9999's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• We9999 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• We9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We9999 will communicate scheduled downtime with reasonable notice.
• We9999 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• We9999's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on we9999, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We9999 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform (for example, payment processors, identity verification providers, and game providers), or where required by law.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to any legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to support@we9999.best.

We9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in Pakistani law — may be made immediately and without advance notice.

Continued use of the we9999 platform after the effective date of any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
